We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager, E-Commerce to oversee all aspects of marketing planning\execution, analysis and experienced in Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize analytic tools to monitor and analyze performance of marketing initiatives to better understand and optimize customer behavior, marketing effectiveness, etc.
• Work directly with the MD to develop and drive overall marketing strategy
• Develop multichannel marketing plans to drive new customer acquisition
• Drive e-commerce revenue by executing fully integrated marketing campaigns including online, social media, email, search engine, content integration, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns from creative development to securing promotional activities.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting of marketing expenses and revenues
• Research and report industry best practices and trends as well as competitive data

Requirements

4+ years of experience in marketing (online e-commerce is a plus)
• Experience managing promotional campaigns
• Both analytical and creative aptitude
• Excellent communication (both written & verbal), organizational, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing SEO projects
• Basic Photoshop experience and comfortable editing basic HTML and CSS preferred
• Able to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor degree required
